Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Bench Staff member at the HealthKart Store in Kochi. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, promoting sales, maintaining optimal store organization, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves providing accurate information about products, addressing customer concerns, and supporting the implementation of training for team members to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with and support customers.

Proven expertise in Retail Sales, with the ability to assist in marketing products and achieving sales goals.

Strong Organizational Skills to ensure proper store inventory management and professional presentation of products.

Experience in Training and guiding team members to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

Ability to work in a customer-centric retail environment with a proactive and positive attitude.

Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
