Job Title: LNA Full Time Float (All Shifts)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team as a Full Time Float. In this role, you will provide essential resident care across various shifts, ensuring the highest quality of support and assistance to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current LNA certification in good standing.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, on call.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
