Description

The Receptionist is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below:

Job Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet, meet, and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department.
• Distribute mail and coordinate courier pick ups.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as faxing , taking notes, organizing, photocopying and laminating.
• Maintaining the coffee station.
• May cross train to perform other duties.
