Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the Advancement Department working in conjunction with the Administrative Board in the implementation of the mission and philosophy of the school. Reporting into this position are the Directors Alumni Giving, Admissions Marketing and more. Responsibilities • Works with the President to enlist interest in and support for the school • Oversees and approves, with the President, all fund-raising functions. • Prepares annual fund development plan • Serves as chief administrator who supervises all planning and execution of capital fund drives/campaigns. Qualifications • Master's Degree • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in marketing, fundraising and financial management. • General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training Associated topics: assistant principal, chief, chief academic officer, dean, deputy, direct, head of school, student, supervise, vice principal
