Main Responsibilities 

• Assist any inquiries from WhatsApp, Email and Hotline Number Business Growth & Marketing 

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives 

• Coordinate marketing activities across digital, print, and on-ground channels 

• Support product, service, and campaign launches 

• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, posters, EDMs, presentations, and proposals 

• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers, media vendors, and agencies. 

• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection 

• Track campaign performance and compile marketing reports 

Other Duties and Responsibilities 

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by immediate superior or hospital management. 

Education: 

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 

Knowledge and Experiences: 

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles 

• Exposure to healthcare, services, or corporate marketing is an advantage 

Skills & Competencies: 

Special skills required 

• Strong coordination and project management skills 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
