About the role
We are currently looking for a Resident Engineer who will assist and supervise the project construction supervision of Nalua Baherchar Bridge (1.5 km Steel Arch Bridge) over the river Pandab-Paira at 27th km of Barishal (Dinerapool)-Laxmipasha-Dumki road
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Team Leader in preparing project reports, schedules, and progress reviews to achieve objectives
Approve contractor work programs, method statements, materials, drawings, and provide site instructions
Establish and oversee Quality Assurance systems and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with contracts and standards
Review and approve safety and traffic plans, certify work volumes, payments, and contractor performance
Inspect during defects liability, certify work completion, verify as-built drawings, and maintain complete project records for the Employer
About You:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience
Experience of construction supervision for 10 years in similar projects in ICB contract.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Resident Engineer in similar bridge and/or highway projects in ICB contract
