What you'll be doing as our PM Line Cook:
- Assembling and cooking our menu items and preparing the perfect dish
- Performing regular quality assessments
- Responsible for restocking and cleaning the station
Requirements include:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the industry
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Hard-working
- Team Player
- Knife-handling skills
- Sanitation and safety knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly with Team Members
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work extended hours
- Ability to work well under pressure
