AM Server

Description

Join our dynamic hospitality team as an AM Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for friendly, attentive, and professional individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable moments for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional and friendly manner

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met

- Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas

- Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Flexibility to weekends, and holidays as required

- Flexibility to assist with banquet events when required. 

- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
