Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, warmth and hospitality
  • Use CORE 4 model to serve guests; eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, heartfelt connection
  • Take orders with speed and accuracy using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive thru
  • Learn all positions, in time, with proper training: order taking, window, bagging, drinks, head set, meal delivery to table or in drive thru
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and look for opportunities to stock and clean when not serving guests
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Serving Guests by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Learn all positions, in time, with proper training for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
