Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operational and/or administrative service of the area, assuming the monitoring of indicators and/or measurers of the areas' routines.
• Participate in the weekly alignment meetings and support the team in making presentations and/or other forums.
• Carry out, when necessary, the demands of the sector with the Shared Services area (Expenses, reimbursements and infrastructure processes) ;
• Prepare the internship activity report and present it to the area manager every 6 months;
• Contribute to the learning of young apprentices in your area (if any), working synergistically with them;
• Perform the archiving of documents (physical and digital) generated by the area as established standard;
• Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the area's requirements and standards correspond to the system adopted by the company.
