Position Title: IT Manager
Working Location: Jurong West
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT operations and ensure stable system performance.
Troubleshoot IT issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions.
Propose and implement IT solutions to address business needs.
Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and cloud systems.
Develop and enforce IT security policies to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
Ensure compliance with HQ IT and security standards.
Manage identity and access controls, including mobile authentication.
Oversee business systems, especially ERP and productivity tools.
Lead system development and improvement projects from planning to post-implementation support.
Manage external vendors to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Support digital transformation initiatives with local and global teams.
Promote effective use of Microsoft 365 and develop internal applications using M365 tools.
Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
Experienced in IT solution design and operations management.
Familiar with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).
Experience with Microsoft 365 app development (Power Platform, Power Apps).
Proven vendor management experience.
Experience leading system implementation projects.
