Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a School-Based Therapist in Stuart, Virginia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• School-based outpatient behavioral health role supporting students and staff within integrated care environment
• Office located inside a high school with in-person counseling responsibilities
• Opportunity to provide occasional telehealth services to partner sites
• Collaborative integrated behavioral health structure with warm hand-offs alongside medical and pharmacy teams
• Predictable weekday schedule with no call responsibilities

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• School-based outpatient setting

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary range: $62,400-$72,000 based on licensure and experience
• Health insurance at $16.83 per pay period

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide counseling services for students and school staff within school-based setting
• Deliver in-person therapy services inside high school environment
• Provide occasional telehealth support to partner locations
• Collaborate closely with medical and pharmacy teams within integrated care model
• Participate in warm hand-offs and coordinated behavioral health support
• Maintain documentation and care coordination responsibilities within outpatient behavioral health environment

Requirements

• Active Virginia LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
• Comfortable working with students and adolescents REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing independently within school-based setting REQUIRED
• Strong collaboration and communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable within integrated behavioral health model REQUIRED
• Organized and adaptable clinical approach REQUIRED
