Overview
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests during evening/night hours, ensuring an exceptional 'Judgment Free' member experience. Your responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, checking in members, providing tours, signing up new members, and maintaining facility cleanliness. The position offers $14.50/hour plus a $1/hour premium for hours worked between 10:00 PM-6:00 AM.
