Overview
As an MDS-RN at The Center at CenterPlace, you'll conduct and coordinate the development and completion of Resident Assessment Instruments (RAI), including Minimum Data Sets (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), and Care Plans. You'll work with the interdisciplinary team to manage patients receiving skilled services, complete assessments, and participate in care planning meetings. This part-time position requires an RN license, at least two years of experience in skilled or long-term care, and MDS certification is preferred.
