Overview
This managerial role oversees the global development, optimization, and standardization of structures for rubber hose manufacturing including extrusion, wrapping, and vulcanization processes. You'll develop and validate new structural solutions, conduct technological monitoring, analyze competitor products, and create development documentation. Responsibilities include defining functional specifications, reducing costs through innovation, qualifying products, and supporting production sites. You'll also prepare development reviews, manage technical documentation, and lead a team of technicians and engineers. The role requires strong engineering background in materials or mechanical engineering, experience in industrial product/process development, and proficiency in English. You'll focus initially on FUEL and Depollution functions with potential to expand to other areas.
