Context

10-15 years of experience as a Design Architect (preferably with Depot or Ancillary Building)

Missions/Main Duties

Architectural Detailed Design to Final Design development of Depot Structures (16 buildings minimum)Work collaboration with other Architects, Engineers as part of Project Design Team

familiariy with local and international design codes [preferably Vietnamese Bdlg Code, NFPA, ADA, Railway Transit & Depot Design, etc)

Profile/Skills

Licensed Architect, design experience on Ancillary, Depot Strurctures

Construction experience will be an advantage

CAD/ Revit proficient

Able to lead a team of Architects

Able to work with less supervision

Able to multi-task and handle deadlines
