Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include: 

• Responsible for daily laundry operations, including sorting, loading, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry items
• Operates commercial washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers
• Sorts, feeds, and pulls linens; folds, stacks, and bundles items as needed
• Loads and unloads linen carts and distributes items to designated storage areas
• Maintains linen inventory, including item counts and associated recordkeeping
• Inspects laundry items for cleanliness, damage, and quality standards
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Follows all safety procedures and properly uses equipment associated with the role
• Provides excellent internal service to support hotel and casino operations
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous laundry or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow directions
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and safety information
