Hematology Oncology Associates was established in Palm Beach County over 35 years ago, and has grown to include 10 Board Certified Hematologist and Oncologists and 6 Nurse Practitioners in 3 convenient locations within our community. Our goals are to provide state of the art cancer treatments with a high level of compassionate care in a warm inviting environment. We also specialize in treatment of coagulation blood disorders, leukemias and other hematologic benign conditions. Job Description:

• Greeted patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Checked patients in and out of appointments, ensuring all required forms and consents were completed
• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance information, and contact details
• Collected copayments and outstanding balances and provided receipts as needed
• Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handled incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
• Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Float between Boynton Beach and Lake Worth offices.
