The Job
Work closely with our business partners to promote our products, and to identify/develop business opportunities with other untapped partners
Achieve business target as assigned by the business head
Share best practices with team members to improve team synergy and business quality
Deliver highly satisfactory customer experience for business partners as well as policy holders thru IT initiatives
Coordinate with internal parties and communicate with business partners to ensure cases are handled smoothly
Formulate and execute marketing plans and activities with business partners
Monitor the persistency rate of the IFAs/brokers
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the business head from time to time
The Person
Degree holder with at least 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing in which 2 year or more are preferable to insurance brokerage business
Good marketing skills and result oriented
Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written skills in English
Provision in Mandarin would be an advantage
Pass IIQE Paper 1 and 3
