Qualifications
- Proficient in English with minimum C1 level proficiency.
- Preferred candidates with hospitality, hotel, tourism, or customer service background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work onsite at G Tower, Ampang Park.
- Fresh graduates with relevant hospitality exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a 5-star hotel environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and support related to hotel services and guest experiences.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with 5-star hospitality standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented in the system.
- Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
