What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and quality of life
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care
