As a Senior IT Operations Manager, you’ll lead enterprise IT operations, develop high-performing teams and partner with business leaders to keep technology reliable, responsive and ready to support Uline’s continued growth. Position Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT operations, ensuring reliable, high-quality technology services across Uline's growing business.
- Develop high-performing teams while fostering strong partnerships between IT and business leaders.
- Analyze performance and operational trends to identify opportunities, solve challenges and improve IT service delivery.
- Translate complex operational findings into clear recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions and drive meaningful improvements.
- Provide strategic leadership for disaster recovery initiatives that protect critical systems and strengthen operational resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years working in IT operations, including 24/7 IT Service Desk management experience.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
