Assists the Case Management staff by performing clerical duties related to case management and discharge planning. Has full access to patient health information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s license
- 1-2 years clinical and/or clerical experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- Knowledge of operation of personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite
Essential Physical Requirements
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Visual acuity, hearing, stooping, reaching and kneeling.
