A Day in the Life

This role focuses on receiving, packing and transportation tasks within a distribution or manufacturing logistics environment. You coordinate and/or train the processing of in- & outgoing goods, check quality, problem-solving and ensure shipments and documents are handled correctly in a timely matter.
An experienced and motivated logistics employee responsible for inbound, outbound, and transport activities, with a focus on accurate processing, compliance with procedures, and support of the operational flow.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Coordination of the process, checking, packing and shipping goods
• Shipping and receiving tasks within the combined departments Inbound, Outbound, and Transport
• Works with both manual and administrative logistics processes by using SAP and Bis
• Communicate with other AC’ers, Supervisor and other departments
• Processes freight documents, packing slips, and other logistics documents
• Takes ownership regarding identifying issues and problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Meeting the departmental KPI targets, actively monitoring and adjustment of performance
• Supports production and distribution activities within the warehouse or distribution centre.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Languages Dutch/ English
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Certificate of Conduct ( allowed to work in airfreight secured zone).

Preferred Qualifications:

• People management and communication skills.
• Team player
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Netherlands: 39,200.00 EUR - 58,800.00 EUR | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
