This recruitment may be filled at either the Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer level, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated expertise. Senior-level candidates may also lead complex multi-agency initiatives, mentor junior staff, and help advance strategic engineering priorities for the organization.
