About the location:

The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.About The Role:
The Turndown Attendant is a vital member of the housekeeping team, provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.
What You Will Do:
- Prepares the guest room for turndown service. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet.
- Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
- Removes Room Service trays and dishes and carts to service landings. Replaces used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the Minibar with clean china, glasses and cutlery from the Room Attendant pantry.
- Removes garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom. Closes drapes (based on applicable standard), reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
- Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of the Housekeeping management.
- Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience. For example micro fiber cloth, book marks, travel bags
What You Bring:
- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.
- Requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
- Strong commitment to service
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
