Description
The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a cleared Medical Administrator to support a high-visibility medical mission for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. This role offers a meaningful opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and contributing to national security operations.
In this position, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to a clinical team, helping ensure efficient, high-quality care for a diverse patient population. Your work will directly support the smooth delivery of medical services in a secure, fast-paced setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide front desk and reception support, including greeting patients and visitors
Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Coordinate patient flow and facilitate scheduling and check-in processes
Schedule, manage, and distribute personnel and patient calendars
Enter and process laboratory orders as directed by medical staff
Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records
Track and respond to official government correspondence
Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and operational teams
Assist with additional duties as needed to support mission requirements
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Possession of an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare administration experience
Solid understanding of healthcare finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Experience supporting Intelligence Community and/or DoD customers
Experience working in secure or classified environments

Pay Range:
Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
