Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Pay
Range: $19–$23/hr
Experience Required: 1–2 years as a Medical Assistant

How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including vital signs, medical histories, medications, and allergies
Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care, and diagnostic testing
Perform EKGs, immunizations, and specimen collection
Prepare, label, and process lab samples and point‑of‑care tests
Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and equipment calibration
Support triage, care coordination, and transitions across clinical settings
Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, chronic conditions, and preventive care
Document clinical data and provider instructions accurately in the EHR
Schedule appointments, manage referrals, authorizations, and track test results
Verify insurance coverage and assist with prior authorizations, billing, and coding
Monitor inventory and prepare exam/procedure rooms with required supplies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and safety drills
Facilitate communication among patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and compliance standards
Demonstrate excellent guest service to patients and internal team members
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience
Open to all specialties; primary care experience not required
Strong communication, patient‑service, and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and manage recurring clinical tasks

Compensation Range:
$17.10to
$25.65
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
