Position Summary:

Wir suchen für unsere Standorte Flughafen Köln/Bonn oder Frankfurt oder Nürnberg einen Manager Clearance Operations (m/w/d) zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Hauptaufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation, Leitung und Kontrolle der Import- und Exportzollabwicklung.
• Sie stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf der Verzollungen, die Erreichung von Servicezielen, die Einhaltung von FedEx-Standards und gesetzlichen Zoll- und Schutzvorschriften sowie die Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter sicher.
• Mit genauem Blick analysieren Sie betriebswirtschaftliches Zahlenmaterial und verbessern stetig die Effizienz der Ihnen unterstehenden Prozesse.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit in- und ausländischen Geschäftspartnern und Abteilungen zusammen und setzen aktiv Akzente bei der Führung und Motivierung Ihrer Mitarbeiter

Ihr Profil

• Sie passen am besten zu uns, wenn Sie bereits in einer ähnlichen Position sind oder nach einigen Jahren Tätigkeit in der Zollabfertigung nun den nächsten Karriereschritt in eine Führungsposition gehen wollen.
• Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, ein Abschluss als Diplom Finanzwirt/in (Zoll) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung* kombiniert mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Zollbereich ist von Vorteil (*Master of Compliance with Customs and international Trade Law (MCC), Master of Customs Administration (MCA), Fachwirt Güterverkehr & Logistik, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung).
• Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Bestimmungen sowie gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
• Neben Ihren fachlichen Qualifikationen zeichnen Sie sich durch Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus.
• Sie bringen theoretisches Hintergrundwissen zur Führung von Mitarbeitern mit und konnten diese Kompetenz bereits in der Praxis erproben.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind unabdingbar.
