Overview
Cambrian Homecare, LLC has been providing compassionate, flexible, and personalized in-home care services since 1996, helping seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in the comfort of their homes.
We are seeking a compassionate, capable, and dependable Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Long Beach. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will help support day-to-day HR operations by serving as a trusted resource for employees and providing administrative and operational support in onboarding, employee record management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities
- Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and data entry
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS
- Assist with employee inquiries including but not limited to benefits, employment and wage references, policies or other employee inquiries
- Prepare and process employment-related documentation
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in HR administrative or support role
- Knowledge of California and federal employment laws
- Knowledge of basic HR funtions and employment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain descretion when working with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Paylocity, or similar) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
