We are seeking motivated, organized, and dependable individuals to join our growing team as Remote Advisors. This flexible opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, researching options, and helping clients make informed decisions.
As a Remote Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, research available options, provide recommendations, and assist with coordinating reservations and other arrangements. You will also maintain communication with clients throughout the process and provide continued support when needed.
Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, gathering information to determine client needs, researching and comparing available options, preparing recommendations, assisting with reservations, maintaining accurate client information, and following up with clients before and after services are completed.
No previous industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems and processes needed to get started.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, basic computer and internet knowledge, attention to detail, good time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Candidates should also be comfortable learning new technology and communicating with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms.
