The Digital Customer Experiences (DCE) PMO Analyst supports critical activities needed to execute and maintain large scale projects for HP's largest eCommerce sites. The DCE PMO Analyst ensures alignment between DCE leadership, LTO Budget Management, Finance, HP VMO and the Digital PMO. As an analyst in the DCE PMO, you will be responsible for updating and/or working with Project Managers to update and maintain Project budget trackers to ensure consistency between the Program team, the LTO Budget Manager and Finance. You will monitor and update and/or work with DCE Project Managers to ensure updates to SPM are made as required by the DMPO. You will work across the Program, LTO Budget Management, Finance and VMO teams assisting in a variety of ways to ensure successful DCE project delivery. The candidate should have a good working knowledge of IT project execution and expertise in HP's Procurement, Finance and DPMO tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Budget Tracking and Maintenance
- Delivery of Financial Flash ( CAPEX/OPEX)
- Creation and approval of PR/CRs
- Partnering with DCE Project Managers, LTO Budget Management and Finance to align project and program budgets
- Facilitating the creation, approval and implementation of Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ensuring proper project, financial and resource data is entered into and updated in SPM as needed.
- Validation and monthly invoices and accruals
Education:
- Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of HP Procurement and IT tools and processes including P360, Fiori and HPNow.
- Knowledge of creation and approval of HP Statements of Work.
- Knowledge of HP Vendor Management processes including Vendor setup and approval.
- Working knowledge of project budgets and ability to track consistently, accurately and effectively.
