What You'll Do

 

As our Clinical Solutions Analyst, you will support PT Solutions’ clinical environment by translating operational needs into effective system workflows, application configurations, and data-driven insights. In this role you will partner with clinical, operational, revenue cycle and technology stakeholders to optimize private clinic workflows, improve data quality, reduce administrative burden, and support consistent delivery of patient care.

You will be responsible for supporting and improving EMR-related processes across referral management, scheduling, documentation, revenue cycle workflows, reporting, training, and end-user support. Additionally, you will help ensure clinical systems are reliable, intuitive, compliant, and aligned with operational priorities. If you have a strong background in healthcare, designing and validating data outputs for reporting, providing tier 2/3 support for clincal applicaion issues and are a clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to business stakeholders, we encourage you to apply!

Qualifications & Pay Range

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in a role related to implementing or supporting/maintaining healthcare applications and related solutions, preferably within an outpatient or specialty care setting
• Experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or serving as an expert-level user of raintree or comparable healthcare applications. 
• Experience with WebPT, Limber Health, Epic, Leading Reach, or other outpatient therapy platforms is preferred
• Background in clinical, revenue cycle, or adjacent healthcare specific technologies, patient engagement tools, healthcare date, interoperability or analytics
• Extensive working knowledge of the healthcare industry and clinical/revenue work-flows
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, including HIPPA, payer documentation requirements, and federal and state regulations
• Familiarity with how EMR applications interact with patient engagement tools, analytics platforms, interoperability solutions, and other healthcare applications

Physical Requirements

• This position is classified as Sedentary-Light Work which is defined as exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally, 7 pounds frequently.

Compensation

 

Pay Range: $120,000 - 130,000 / year

Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
