Our client is a global online travel platform that offers affordable flights, holiday packages, hotels, and car rentals worldwide.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products or services, and converting prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate products or services.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on pending leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Stay updated on company products, services, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, call center sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required.
