Our client is a well established international chain group. The group currently manages 50+ properties in Indonesia and continues to expand.
This role will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving sales, distribution, and revenue performance across the company's hospitality portfolio in Indonesia.
This role will be based in the Head Office in Jakarta and will require travel to attend trade-shows and for property visits.
This role will be reporting directly to the Regional General Manager.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered..
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in hospitality management or related field
• Extensive experience in international chain hotels
• Previous experience at Corporate/Regional/Complex/Cluster level, overseeing multiple properties is a must
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Distribution, or Commercial functions within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in driving commercial growth and market share
• Strong understanding of Sales, Distribution, and Revenue Management strategies
• Experience leading high performing commercial teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and grow key accounts
• Strong leadership with a collaborative management style
• Commercially driven and results oriented
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Computer literate with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Hands on, proactive, and adaptable
