As an HR Specialist, you'll help create an exceptional candidate and employee experience by supporting hiring, onboarding, and HR operations. Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare and manage offer letters, including internal approvals, extensions, and acceptances.
- Coordinate background checks, MVRs, and DOT screenings.
- Monitor and respond to shared inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
- Book travel arrangements for candidates and recruiting team members as needed.
- Manage and audit employee and candidate profiles in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Perform onboarding audits and ensure compliance with Oracle onboarding tasks.
- Track and report on department metrics, including hiring data, referrals, and conversion status.
- Collaborate with Office Managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process invoices and other administrative documentation.
- Support special projects and perform various administrative tasks to support the HR Department.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (Oracle and iCIMS preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
