Senior DSP Sales Partner
Reports to: Head of DSP Sales
Job Department: Commercial
Location: Sydney
Role Purpose
As Yahoo continues to evolve its DSP Sales capability, this role takes end-to-end ownership of a defined agency patch, driving growth through deep, connected partnerships across agency, trading desk and client teams. This is a high-accountability, high-ownership role suited to a commercially minded seller who thrives on autonomy, collaboration and measurable impact.
The Senior DSP Sales Partner is responsible for growing revenue, building trusted market relationships and translating client objectives into scalable, insight-led DSP and omnichannel solutions. The role is expected to operate independently with minimal guidance, lead smaller workstreams where needed and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own an agency patch end to end
Take full accountability for revenue, pipeline and client activity across an assigned agency patch.
Build trusted partnerships across agency, trading desk and client stakeholders to deliver long-term growth, not just transactional wins.

Proactively respond to agency and client briefs across Yahoo DSP and omnichannel offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market research and lead generation.
Grow profitable partnerships across existing and prospective agency relationships, with a focus on long-term commercial value.
Develop compelling, insight-led pitches that clearly articulate Yahoo’s value proposition for each client or agency.
3. Lead strategic solutions for clients and partners
Collaborate closely with Solutions, Data, Product Strategy and Supply specialists to translate business goals into scalable, measurable DSP strategies.
Use Yahoo data, insights and innovation including Blueprint, Backstage, Unified Screens and Agentic AI to build differentiated, value-led proposals.
Lead the end-to-end pitch process for omnichannel opportunities including CTV, DOOH, Audio, Video, Display and Native.
4. Negotiate, execute and deliver
Build strategic recommendations and performance-led media plans in partnership with cross-functional specialists.
Negotiate rates and commercial outcomes with relevant supply partners in line with client objectives.
Work collaboratively with Solutions to ensure campaigns perform, deliver against client objectives and maintain a high standard of execution.
5. Bring strategic and analytical thinking
Stay close to industry and programmatic trends across data, measurement, AI, commerce and omnichannel.
Keep up to date on supply changes and their impact on delivery, pricing and client outcomes.
Analyse market shifts and competitor activity to shape proactive recommendations and growth plans.
6. Show ownership and leadership
Work independently with minimal guidance and direction across day-to-day commercial responsibilities.
Lead smaller projects or workstreams within broader team priorities when required.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and contribute positively to team capability and standards.
What Good Looks Like
Prepared, credible and solutions-led in market.
Strong ownership of patch revenue, forecasting, pipeline hygiene and client plans.
Consistent collaboration across Leadership, Sales, Solutions, Data, Product Strategy, Supply and Operations to deliver results.
A trusted internal and external partner who lifts standards and helps others succeed.
