Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding home care state regulations, and organizational policies and procedures
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for caregivers, fostering a positive and supportive experience with TheKey and helping them navigate company resources and processes
Host remotely facilitated onboarding sessions for new caregivers, ensuring all required paperwork, system access, and introductory materials are completed
Host remotely facilitated PCA training sessions for caregivers on-site to improve completion rates
Assist with recruiting activities including walk-in interviews, on-site hiring events, job fair attendance, and grassroots marketing initiatives
Transport caregivers to and from client locations, training sessions, or other work-related destinations as needed
Deliver PPE and other supplies to caregivers in the field as requested
Assist caregivers in navigating company systems and direct them to the appropriate department for benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, or human resources inquiries
Log caregiver questions, concerns, and feedback and escalate trends or recurring issues to the Caregiver Manager for review
Support caregiver engagement and retention initiatives as directed by the Caregiver Manager
Participate in field visits and in-person caregiver check-ins as needed to support caregiver experience and readiness
Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
High school graduation or the equivalent
Previous experience as a caregiver, a plus
Two (2) years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and stated deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurate notes in the system
Current driver's license and proof of insurance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel approximately up to 25% of the time
Ability to drive for extended periods to transport caregivers and deliver supplies
Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
Salary: $25 - $37 per hour
