Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee the continuous operation, stability, and safety of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and building utility systems.
2. Develop and execute preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, SOPs, and technical standards while ensuring full compliance with safety codes and government regulations.
3. Lead, evaluate, and upskill the engineering site team, directing daily workloads and monitoring real-time critical equipment performance.
4. Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, control material planning, and execute cost-saving energy efficiency programs for power, water, and HVAC usage.
5. Prepare high-level operational performance reports for management and provide technical support for internal building projects as needed.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Civil Engineering, with relevant technical certifications such as K3 Umum, Genset, or HVAC.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in building engineering (MEP, HVAC, Civil), with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role managing commercial or industrial facilities.
3. Advanced technical expertise in MEP and HVAC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, reading technical drawings, and preparing technical reports.
4. Strong understanding of building technical regulations, utility inspections, K3 safety standards, as well as operational budgeting and energy efficiency analysis.
