As a Government Property Administrator, this role supports Property and Logistics functional management, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts, and other functions associated with the Raytheon property system. The position administers and maintains elements of the Property Management System, including activities across multiple property lifecycle areas such as acquisition, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship, and contract closure.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary program contact for all matters related to asset management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tactical goals, support system solutions, streamline processes, and integrate property management requirements.

  • Provide communication to internal stakeholders and maintain professional interactions across functional organizations.

  • Develop and deliver training and awareness materials for audiences including program leadership, engineering, laboratory management, and other functional groups.

  • Support process improvement initiatives within the Logistics and Property organization to enhance efficiency and alignment with enterprise requirements.

  • Review and interpret contract language and clauses related to property management.

  • Manage program compliance with Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements.

  • Travel to designated sites to conduct inventory and perform property-related activities.

  • Support adherence to regulations and internal/external audit protocols.

  • Use property-related metrics to initiate actions that ensure system accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate daily with teams, programs, and business units to meet organizational objectives.

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning activities to advance property management proficiency within the organization.

  • Coordinate with DCMA and internal/external customers to support audits and maintain proactive business relationships.

  • Manage shifting priorities and complete tasks within required timeframes.

  • This position is onsite at our McKinney, TX location.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.

  • Experience in Logistics, Property, Operations or Supply Chain.

  • Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFAR contract property requirements.

  • Experience with Special Program Access and government reporting systems (i.e. GFP Module and PIEE).

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within 2 years of employment.

  • Office 365 Experience, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Previous DoD experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
