As an Associate Director, you'll lead a team of technology professionals responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting business-critical applications, platforms, and digital solutions. You'll drive operational excellence, modern engineering practices, and AI-enabled innovation while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of technology professionals responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise applications, platforms, and technology solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive strategic initiatives.
Lead project execution, including business case development, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget oversight.
Drive Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to increase delivery efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
Champion automation and modern engineering practices, including the adoption of AI-powered development, testing, and operational tools.
Identify and deliver opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes and customer experiences.
Manage technology vendor and consulting relationships, ensuring successful delivery, performance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
5+ years of experience leading technology teams, software delivery initiatives, or IT operations in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project delivery frameworks.
Experience with application development, systems architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise technology platforms.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver results through others.
Experience leveraging automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices to improve technology delivery and operational efficiency.
Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI copilots, intelligent automation, and emerging AI technologies.
Understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles, with the ability to guide teams in the delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
