Description
What You'll Do
- Review legal and factual information relating to the registration and management of internet domain names.
- Support investigations into potential infringements of third-party rights.
- Assist with domain disputes, cancellation claims, transfers, and dispute applications.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on German and international topics.
- Assist with contract reviews, drafting, and administration.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Help maintain legal documentation, policies, and terms and conditions.
- Contribute to projects across a variety of legal and compliance matters.
- Work with colleagues across different countries and business functions.
- Manage enquiries, complaints, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Legal team.
- Contribute to legal solutions that support business growth and customer success.
