Export Customer Service Coordinator (47)

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Export Customer Service Coordinator to join its team and provide administrative branch support.

Specific duties may include:

• Assisting customers, vendors, branches, and the international sales team with export orders
• Answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner
• Assuring that orders are processed correctly, shipments are coordinated on time, and customers receive excellent support throughout the process
• Administrative and clerical support for branch leadership as needed
• Taking and delivering messages
• Data entry and filing
• Providing superior customer service
• General office duties
• Assisting with branch accounting as needed
• Assisting with receiving of products
• Assisting with purchasing duties

Specific qualifications include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail is required
• Solid time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service oriented
• AS400 experience is a plus
