Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a significant book of business, focusing on large accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will work closely with the owner and a dedicated account coordinator to ensure exceptional client service and seamless account management. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually
• Commission: Full commission on Personal Lines and Commercial Lines (40% new business, 30% renewal)

Responsibilities

• Manage a $1M revenue book of business, focusing on large, multi-state accounts in industries such as automotive dealerships and manufacturing.
• Handle renewals, remarketing, and occasional new business development.
• Conduct onsite presentations and local travel (10-15% of the time) alongside the owner.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Travelers, Cincinnati, Liberty Mutual, Selective, Auto Owners, and Nationwide.
• Utilize the Epic Agency Management System to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Proven track record as an Account Executive managing large commercial accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Epic Agency Management System is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with top carriers and experience handling complex, multi-state accounts.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting, with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
