Description
Responsible for driving agency expansion through inorganic recruitment growth and activation, onboarding of industry recruits, and performance management of key recruitment and activation metrics. Partners with Sales Management Team, Agency Leaders, and other stakeholders to execute expansion programs, accelerate productivity of new industry recruits, and improve business outcomes across assigned areas.
Position Responsibilities:
Recruitment Growth and Activation
Drive inorganic recruitment growth through focused execution of programs such as Industry Recruitment Program, Experienced Manager Program, and other strategic expansion initiatives.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of industry recruits by partnering with Agency Leaders and Sales Management Team on sourcing, conversion, and hiring activities.
Ensure newly recruited industry hires are activated into the business through timely transition support, early engagement, and close monitoring of activation milestones.
Track recruitment and activation results, identify gaps in execution, and recommend interventions to improve headcount growth and productivity.
Onboarding and Activation of Industry Recruits
Lead the onboarding process of industry recruits by ensuring completion of licensing, compliance, documentary, orientation, and training requirements.
Coordinate with Agency Leaders, trainers, and support teams to provide a structured onboarding journey that accelerates business readiness and early field activity.
Monitor onboarding progress and activation status of new industry recruits and ensure timely intervention for cases at risk of delay or drop-off.
Performance Management
Provide regular monitoring and reporting of key metrics related to inorganic recruitment, onboarding completion, and activation performance.
Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews to support accountability discussions and management decisions.
Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and improve execution outcomes across assigned areas.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Psychology, Marketing, or a related business or arts course.
Two to five years of relevant experience in life insurance, agency development, recruitment, training, sales management, or events management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to work effectively across different stakeholders and personalities.
Strong numerical, analytical, and results-driven mindset, with ability to monitor performance, interpret data, and recommend actions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology tools, with strengths in program management, execution, and collaboration.
