The Role
- Provide technical support through written and verbal communication
- Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across one to many Atlassian products
- Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance
What we are looking for
- A passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively and openly with all levels of management, users and vendors.
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skill/knowledge required :
- Atlassian products
- Scripting capabilities
- CI/CD process
Familiarity in the following areas is an added advantage
- JFrog Artifactory
- Sonatype nexus
- Cloudbees CI
