Join our team:
Fred Anderson Subaru of Asheville, North Carolina is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee and maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot operations.
The Lot Manager will lead the lot management strategy, supervising the receipt and inspection of new shipments, ensuring all accessories are accounted for, and optimizing vehicle arrangement for maximum space and curb appeal. They will manage the vehicle intake process, ensure all inventory is photographed and parked in designated areas, and provide seamless support to the sales team and upper management.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.

What we are looking for:
Individuals with strong leadership skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Possess excellent communication, delegation, and organizational skills
Prior experience in dealership lot operations, inventory management, or a similar supervisory role is highly preferred
Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Ability to learn and implement new software for inventory management
Managing Lot Operations: Overseeing the lot to ensure it is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris
Inventory Display: Strategically arranging and parking vehicles, ensuring the most marketable vehicles are put on display first and empty spaces are immediately replaced with new inventory
Digital Merchandising: Managing the vehicle photography process and using software to build accurate vehicle descriptions to market new and used vehicles
Quality Control: Guaranteeing dealership license plate frames are affixed, checking that new vehicles display factory and addendum stickers alongside the selling price, and overseeing key management systems
Team Collaboration: Assisting the sales team as needed and proactively informing upper management of issues as they arise
Complying with and enforcing all company policies and procedures
A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record is required
Other duties as assigned by management
