The job at a glance
Responsible for ordering of Indirect services & other Adhoc items; manage stock variance reports; support material planning in order to ensure on time delivery; manage day to day 3rd party requirements and the administration of stock, receiving and issuing of orders and monitor payment of all accounts.
What you will do
• Receive and store manufactured stock in warehouse and update system
• Update all relevant systems
• Create Purchase orders
• Ensure requisitions are aligned with policy and procedures
• Do weekly cycle counts of manufactured stock in order to establish stock variances and support the supply of a accurate monthly report
• Support the placing of orders for packaging and ingredients timeously
• Monitor delivery dates with suppliers
• Compile reports for management
• Provide support for monthly stock take

Experience
- Function – 2+ years stores/stock control/procurement experience
- Qualification – A relevant tertiary qualification degree
