- Repair Capability Setup & Industrial Engineering: Support repair operations within the Industrial Engineering function, with primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining repair capabilities. This includes reviewing maintenance documentation, validating test benches and tooling, and ensuring all required equipment and resources are available and fit for purpose.
- Maintenance Documentation Review & Validation: Review maintenance and repair documentation to ensure procedures, technical requirements, tooling, equipment and supporting information are complete, accurate and aligned with the required repair capability.
- Test Bench & Tooling Validation: Conduct checking, verification and validation of test benches, tools and equipment required for repair activities. Coordinate with relevant engineering and technical teams to ensure equipment is suitable and ready for operational use.
- Consumables Verification: Review and validate required chemicals, consumables and other repair materials, ensuring that specifications, quantities, storage requirements and usage requirements are properly defined and aligned with repair processes.
- Repair Capability Submission: Prepare and coordinate repair capability submissions, including the review and compilation of required maintenance documents, equipment, test benches, tools, chemicals and consumables for submission and approval.
- Central Engineering Coordination: Work closely with Central Engineering and supporting technical teams to identify and resolve discrepancies relating to maintenance documentation, tooling, test equipment, chemicals and consumables.
- Maintenance Document Modification: Coordinate with Central Engineering and other supporting teams to review, update and modify maintenance and repair documentation based on technical requirements, repair findings, engineering changes and operational feedback.
- Quality Documentation & Submission: Prepare the necessary technical documentation, supporting records and paperwork for submission to the Quality team for review, verification and approval. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and submitted in accordance with established quality procedures.
- Procurement of Tools & Consumables: Identify requirements and coordinate the purchase of new tools, equipment, chemicals and consumables when necessary to establish, enhance or maintain repair capabilities.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and coordinate the resolution of discrepancies identified during document reviews, equipment/tool validation, consumables checks and repair capability assessments.
- Repair & Maintenance Support: Provide ongoing industrial engineering support to repair activities, including equipment and tooling maintenance, troubleshooting, validation and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve repair processes, documentation, tooling, test equipment and consumable management to enhance repair capability, quality, reliability and operational efficiency
Requirement
- Min 3 years working experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, Aerospace or MRO
- Similar repair capability set up experience (good to have)
- Able to perform under pressure and work with tight timeline.
