Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform architecture, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to align integration and data modeling efforts, fostering a unified and efficient data environment. The position demands strategic planning and continuous evaluation of the platform to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, while maintaining a focus on scalability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of the data platform architecture to meet organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data modeling principles.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures that support complex analytics workloads.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing data platform performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
